Mechanical equipment parts are essential for modern industries. The defects of mechanical parts are mainly manifested as two major categories of surface defects and internal defects, which often observe directly in the surface of the part by the naked eye, or through a general detection device. The internal defects of the parts are often difficult to find through the naked eye and external testing equipment. The internal defects are common causes that parts are generated during forging or casting, and there is air holes, loose, cracks, etc., and have large volume and axial direction. Extension.

For the detection of internal defects, the traditional method is to perform destructive detection, that is, cutting the part, so that the acid is immersed, so that internal defects can be seen. Traditional destructive testing is not only charged, but also to the same defect, there will be different judgment levels due to differences in detection personnel. Once the part of the squeezed part is found, there is no loss of manufacturers, it will also cause a certain loss. Therefore, there is a method of non-destructive testing, and the detection of mechanical parts defects will be used.
